Charges

Shipping is free on orders over ₹999. Below that it is a flat ₹49 anywhere in India. Cash on delivery carries an additional ₹49 handling charge, shown before you confirm the order.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, go out the next working day.

Delivery takes 3 to 6 working days for most pincodes, and up to 8 for remote areas, the North East and the islands. You can check the estimate for your own pincode on any product page before ordering.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order is handed to the courier. The same link is on your account page under Orders. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after dispatch — that gap is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

If something goes wrong

If your order shows as delivered but you do not have it, tell us within 48 hours and we will open an investigation with the courier. If it is stuck without movement for more than 5 working days, message us and we will chase it or send a replacement.

We currently ship only within India.
