We would rather hear from you than not. Most questions are answered the same working day.

Order questions

Have your order number ready — it is in your confirmation email and on your account page. That one detail turns a three-email exchange into a single reply.

How to reach us

WhatsApp is fastest. Email is best for anything with photographs attached, like a damaged item. Phone lines are open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST.

All three are in the footer of every page on this site.

Wholesale and bulk orders

For corporate gifting, uniforms or bulk orders above 50 pieces, email us with the quantity, the styles you are interested in and the date you need them by. Bulk pricing depends on all three.

Press and collaborations

Send a note with what you have in mind and links to your previous work.
